Flash Social Tracker stores authentication tokens and performance-metric snapshots for the social media accounts connected to it. You can have this data permanently deleted at any time using either method below.
Inside Flash Social Tracker, open the customer, find the connected platform card, and choose Disconnect. This immediately and permanently deletes the stored access token and all metric snapshots for that platform. Removing the customer entirely deletes all of their connected platforms and data.
Send a request to tommi.d.lehtinen@gmail.com from, or naming, the social account you want removed. Include the platform and account name/handle. We will delete the corresponding tokens and stored metrics within 30 days and confirm once done.
You can also revoke the Service’s access directly from the platform’s own settings (for example, Facebook → Settings → Business Integrations, or Google Account → Security → Third-party access). Revoking there stops future data collection; email us as above to also erase data already stored.
