These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Flash Social Tracker (“the Service”), a private tool operated by Flash Ventures Oy (Business ID 3364716-9) (“Flash”, “we”, “us”) to track the performance of social media content we produce for our clients. By accessing the Service or connecting a social media account to it, you agree to these Terms.
The Service retrieves analytics from connected social media accounts and presents them as dashboards and periodic performance reports. Access is read-only: the Service does not post, send messages, or modify content on any connected account. The Service is provided for Flash and its clients only and is not a public product.
Social media accounts are connected through each platform’s official login (OAuth). By connecting an account you confirm that you own it or are authorized to grant analytics access to it, and you authorize the Service to read the account’s analytics on your behalf. You may disconnect an account at any time, which revokes that access and removes the stored tokens.
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access data you are not authorized to view, or use it in violation of the terms of the underlying platforms (Meta, Google/YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn). Your use of data obtained through those platforms remains subject to their respective terms and policies.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Analytics figures are sourced from third-party platform APIs and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flash Ventures Oy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
